These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the tp99 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and tp99 ("tp99", "we", "us", or "our") in relation to your use of the tp99 online gaming platform, accessible at tp99.bio and any associated sub-domains or applications (collectively the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use the tp99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. tp99 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
- You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
- You must be registering as an individual in your own legal name and not on behalf of a third party, corporation or other legal entity.
- You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of tp99, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not have previously had a tp99 account that was suspended, closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.
tp99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, tp99 may suspend the account and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one tp99 account. tp99 uses phone number as the primary account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Account Verification
tp99 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents typically include a National ID (NID) card, passport or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
Account Responsibility
You must not share your account credentials with any other person. tp99 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details. You must notify tp99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Allowing a third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
- Opening more than one account, regardless of whether the same or different personal details are used.
- Attempting to transfer funds between player accounts.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
tp99 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. At present, the Platform supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. tp99 reserves the right to add, remove or modify available payment methods without prior notice.
Deposit Conditions
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. tp99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your tp99 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. tp99 does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits made for the primary purpose of exploiting exchange rate differences or payment system arbitrage are prohibited.
- tp99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes is associated with fraud, money laundering or other prohibited activity.
- Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider in relation to tp99 deposits will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit originated, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and tp99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times are typically within a few minutes for verified accounts, but may extend to 24 hours in cases requiring additional review.
- Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the cash balance that results from completing the rollover may be withdrawn.
- tp99 reserves the right to apply a security check period of up to 72 hours on large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals to a new payment method.
- In the event of account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not completed their rollover) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 7 business days, subject to identity verification.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
tp99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each offer's terms.
- Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per IP address and per device. tp99 reserves the right to decline or reclaim a bonus where it is clear that an individual or coordinated group of individuals is attempting to exploit the promotion.
- Bonus offers are only valid for the period stated. Expired bonus offers cannot be claimed retrospectively.
- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh or Victory Day are subject to additional offer-specific terms and expiry dates published at the time of the promotion.
- tp99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical malfunction or any other reason at tp99's sole discretion.
Free spins are credited to specific slot titles as designated in each promotion and must be used within the stated validity window. Winnings from free spins are awarded as bonus credit and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
6. Responsible Gaming
tp99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supports the right of players to make informed decisions about their gambling activity. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits within their account settings prior to commencing play.
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic should make use of the self-exclusion facility available in account settings. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During the exclusion period, the player will be unable to access the Platform. tp99 will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tp99 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime .
- Colluding with other players or using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be deducted from the account balance.
- Registering or attempting to register under a false identity, or providing forged or altered documents during the verification process.
- Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at tp99 staff or other players through any channel, including customer support chat.
Where tp99 determines that a prohibited activity has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bets and transactions associated with that activity, recover any resulting balance from the account, close the account permanently and report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement bodies as required by applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the tp99 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, game assets, logos, trademarks and audio-visual material, is the exclusive property of tp99 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the tp99 Platform without prior written consent from tp99. Unauthorised use of tp99's intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tp99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. tp99's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tp99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. tp99 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, ransomware, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the Platform or the downloading of any content from it.
10. Amendments to These Terms
tp99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, tp99 will notify registered players by publishing a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification via the contact details held on file. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and electronic commerce. Any dispute arising from the use of the tp99 Platform that cannot be resolved informally through tp99 customer support should be submitted in writing to tp99 via the support email address. tp99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Players agree that the Platform is provided for entertainment purposes and that game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by licensed studio providers; tp99 does not control individual game results and accepts no liability for results that a player considers unfavourable.
